Mari y Juana Beverages Co.

Mari y Juana Beverages Co. is an exciting brand making waves in the cannabis beverage industry. Their line-up of Mexican-inspired cannabis-infused beverage offerings are available in dispensaries across California. For this project I envisioned a cutting-edge website that would leave a lasting first impression. Mari y Juana Beverages Co. had already developed a creative suite of brand identity graphics. I wanted to build a space that would highlight their brand personality. I narrowed in on the pineapple flavor of their newest cannabis-infused soft drink products in order to create a bright, exploding pineapple concept hero section. I built the interactive pineapple GreenSock GSAP feature using 6 individual floating images that react independently to hover interactions. I also built a dynamic background section composed of dozens of vector circles in various hues that almost looks to be juice splatter in low-gravity.
